If you would like to have a memorial photo of a special person or pet included on our
memorial page, please mail your donation with your name and address and the name of your loved one directly to Community Initiatives.  Please email the photo to us at memoriam@sfafa.org with your name and the name of the individual being honored. 
Please note, Community Initiative cannot accept photos through the mail.
